Terms of Service
1. Who we are
AMNA Business Suite (“the Service”) is bookkeeping software operated by TRUVIS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms are a contract between you and TRUVIS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES.
2. What the Service is — and is not
The Service organises financial records, proposes ledger entries using artificial intelligence for your review, and prepares summaries including a UAE VAT view. The Service is software only. It is not an accounting firm, audit firm, tax agent, or financial advisor, and nothing produced by it constitutes accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your books and for any filing made to any authority, including the UAE Federal Tax Authority.
3. AI-generated content
Entries, classifications, extractions and commentary proposed by AI can be wrong. The Service is designed so that a human approves postings; you agree to review AI output before relying on it. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI output.
4. Your account and seats
- You must provide accurate signup information and keep your credentials secure.
- Seats may be assigned to people working with your organisation (including external accountants); you are responsible for their actions in your workspace.
- Workspace owners and admins control membership; removing a member revokes their access immediately.
5. Subscriptions, trials and refunds
- Paid plans are billed via Stripe, monthly or annually, in USD (AED amounts shown are indicative anchors unless billed in AED).
- Trials are free, require no card, and convert only if you subscribe. When a trial ends the workspace becomes read-only; your data is not deleted.
- Refunds: full refund within 30 days of first payment on any plan, on request.
- You can cancel at any time from the account page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
6. Your data
- Your books belong to you. You can export your data (CSV) at any time.
- We access customer data only to operate the Service, investigate abuse, or as required by law.
- On account deletion we remove your data from production systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties.
7. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempting to access other tenants’ data, no reselling the Service without written agreement, no uploading malware or content you have no right to process.
8. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for penalties, assessments or losses arising from filings you make or fail to make.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice on this page; material changes will be emailed to account owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, courts of Dubai.
